Documents To Apply For A Loan
When applying for a mortgage, you will need to provide information about your income, assets, and debts. While some lenders may ask for more specific documentation, start collecting the following information to provide to your lender:
- Last two pay stubs
- Last two year's tax returns
- Last two statements for asset accounts (checking, savings, mutual funds, stock brokerage, 401(k), etc.)
- Long-term debt information (auto loans, installment debt, credit cards, child support, etc.)
