In the modern real estate business, communicating with you on a timely basis is critical to your ability to make good, informed decisions. As a Seattle-native and lifetime area resident (the last 11 years on Mercer Island), I have extensive knowledge of the local communities. Local markets constantly change, however, and I believe you can always learn more. I am committed to the regular study of our local market in order to best serve your real estate needs--this is also how I work.
Whether it's taking my daughters to school or after-school activities, taking the family camping or skiing, I enjoy our community and environment. I volunteer in the classroom and also serve on a Technology Planning Team for the Mercer Island School District. I am a volunteer Scouter with Troop 254 in Seattle. As an auto enthusiast, I teach high-performance driving with a couple car clubs and am an occasional crew member with an SCCA Pro race team. This is how I give back and play!

- I represent only you. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I will never represent the other party in your transaction (dual agency) when I have already committed to representing you. By representing only you, I will always act in your best interest.

- I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (as well as Washington and Seattle/King County Association of Realtors), and adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
