Communication

Real estate transactions involve multiple people. Your interest is best served by strong, simple, open communications. Communicating with you on a timely basis is critical to your ability to make good, informed decisions. The same holds true for everyone I deal with in my efforts to serve you—this is how I work.

Knowledge & Education

As a Seattle-native and lifetime area resident (and almost 20 years on Mercer Island), I have excellent knowledge of the local communities. Local markets constantly change though, and I know you can always learn more, so I am committed to the regular study and awareness of our local market in order to best serve your real estate needs—this is also how I work.

About Linus (it’s not all about work!)

Whether it’s taking my daughters to school or after-school activities , taking the family camping or skiing, I enjoy our community and environment. I volunteer in the classroom, local PTA board and also serve on a Technology Planning Team for the Mercer Island School District. I am a past volunteer Scouter with Troop 254 in Seattle and was an advisory board member of MESA, a K-12 outreach program at the University of Washington. As an auto enthusiast, I share my passion instructing high performance driving with local Audi and Porsche clubs, and was crew member for an SCCA Pro race team. This is how I give back and play!
